To Order:

Step 1: Fill in the order form with your particulars and items interested at the bottom of the web page. Click the "place order" button to submit.

Step 2: You'll receive an email on Confirmation of Order with the payment details in 1 to 2 working days.

Step 3: Item will be posted out once payment received and you'll receive the parcel accordingly.

For Local Customers (Singapore):

• Please indicate clearly the size and/or color required. (Please note that the colors shown in the photograph may be varying from actual physical items due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings.)
• For purchase below S$20: normal postage will be charged at S$1.00, and/or additional S$2.30 for registered mail - highly recommended.
• Free normal posting for any purchase or combined purchases above S$20. - NOT applicable for clearance sale items.
• Please note that seller will NOT be responsible for any items lost or damaged due to normal posting.
• Free registered mail for any purchase or combined purchases above S$100. - NOT applicable for clearance sale items.
• We accept POSB/DBS and OCBC Bank transfers.
• Items will be posted out within 2 working days (Mon to Fri) upon receiving of full payment.
• Items will be checked carefully before posting out.
• Alternatively, we accept self-collection and payment upon receiving of goods (COD) at Bukit Batok MRT - for total purchase above S$250 only. Or Bukit Batok East Ave 4 for other lesser amounts.
• Lastly, all lingerie products are not refundable or exchangeable with other product due to hygiene reason.

For Malaysia Customers:

• We accept Maybank fund transfers and payment thru Paypal only.
• For stocks in Singapore, items will be posted out from Singapore via Registered Mail.
• For stocks in Malaysia, items will be posted out from West Malaysia via Poslaju.

For Worldwide Customers:

• Payment by PayPal only.
• Check Postage Rate (Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide) at http://www.singpost.com.sg/.
• Item will be shipped out after full payment.
